First, a cleanser will remove all the dead cells and old debris. The Melanage deep depigmentation mask is then applied and left on for 8-12 hours depending on your skin type. For patient comfort, you are allowed to go home with the mask on.
After the procedure time has elapsed, you can remove the mask with a neutral cleanser and water and cover the treatment area with a soothing cream.
For the first few months, you are required to apply the Melanage 2 cream once a night.
Dr. Davoodifar will schedule follow up appointments as needed.
Melanage Peel results can usually be seen within a week of the initial treatment. However, the full effect requires a bit more time.
A healthy glow of your rejuvenated skin can be seen within 2-3 weeks, and a dramatic reduction of brown spots in 4-6 weeks.
